Disassembly of Board Ass’y, Tape Adhesive, Sheets, Light guide, Cover Ass’y Bottom (L)
1. Disassembly of Case top1.
2. Disassembly of Board Ass’y2.
CAUTION: This process should be made in Clean room with no scratch nor particle on
Polarizer and B/L Ass’y.
3. Disassembly of Tape Adhesive3 used for Sheets fixing (4Points).
4. Disassembly of Sheets and Light guide4.
CAUTION: No penetration of foreign body is indispensable with any scratch on the
surface of each Sheet.
5. Disassembly of Screw (2Points) and Cover Ass’y5.
CAUTION: Maximum value of torque with Screw should be below 2.5kgf.
