11. Software License Conformity
OpenSource-Software has been developed with the collaboration of many different developers under
differing conditions. Thus, any liability for consequential damages arising out of the use of OpenSource-
Software shall, if not compulsory regulated by law, be excluded or limited to modifications or alterations
of OpenSource-Software which can clearly and definably be assigned to TQ or its auxiliary persons.
