Enter the weight of the aggregate that was used to prepare the
blank sample. Press
〈ENTER〉. The gauge will calculate the
combined weight.
The gauge instructs you to add asphalt to the aggregate until the
displayed weight is reached.
Press 〈ENTER〉. Verify the weight and press 〈YES〉. The gauge
will request the weight of the sample pan.
Input the weight of the empty sample pan. Press 〈ENTER〉.
The gauge will prompt you to add the sample mixture to the pan
until the displayed weight is reached. Press
〈ENTER〉.
The sample is ready for calibration. Repeat the above procedure
for each sample to be used.
