CANADIAN SHIPPING REQUIREMENTS
The Transportation of Dangerous Goods Act and Regulations (TDG) and
Transport Packaging of Radioactive Materials Regulations (TPRM) apply
any time a nuclear device used in commerce is transported by any means in
Canada.
For training and accident notification requirements, consult the
Transportation Of Dangerous Goods Regulations. For further information
on transporting a nuclear device, contact the transportation section of The
Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission (CNSC).
