7.8 Connecting the Drain Hose
Connect the rubber syphon to the drain hose connection. See Fig. 7-8 for details.

7.9.1 Connecting the Refrigerant Lines
Use tubing sizes according to the following table.
To connect the refrigerant lines use only "L" type sealed, dehydrated copper
refrigerant tubing. No other type may be used. The use of other types of tubing will
void the manufacturer's warranty.
Do not open service valves and do not remove protecting caps from tubing ends until
all the connections are made.
Take care to avoid links or flattening of the tubing.
Bend tubing with special bending tools to avoid the formation of sharp bends.
Keep the tubing free of dirt, sand, moisture and other contaminants to avoid damaging
the refrigerant system.
