1. Operate the work plat-
form for 10-15 minutes
to bring the hydraulic oil
up to normal operating
temperature.
2. Provide a suitable container to catch the drained oil. Hydraulic tank has a 3.4 gal. (12.9 liter)
capacity.
3. Remove the drain plug and allow all oil to drain. Dispose of hydraulic fluid properly--contact
your local oil recycler.

4. Clean magnet on drain plug and reinstall.
5. Unscrew the filter (located beside valve
block, easily accessed through the left
module) from the filter assembly.
6. Apply a thin film of clean hydraulic oil to the
gasket of the replacement filter.
7. Screw the replacement filter onto the filter
head until the gasket makes contact, then
rotate the filter 3/4 of a turn further.
8. Fill the hydraulic reservoir with hydraulic oil
until the oil level is between the minimum
and maximum lines on the tank. Do not fill
above the maximum line on the tank.
Hydraulic tank has a 3.4 gal. (12.9 liter)
capacity.
9. Operate all machine functions and recheck the fluid level. Add fluid if necessary.
