occurs

up:

a call.
Unless

the

immediately
hangs
up
at
loop
loss.
Unable to Retrain:
After
several
attempts,
disturbances
on
the
phone
line
prevented

from
retraining,
and
they
could
no
longer
transmit
or
receive
data.

to

rate,
and

operating
at

rate.
