SYMPTOMS PROBABLE CAUSE REMEDY
The door movement is irregular
T
he door is not properly balanced
Release the door (see paragraph RELEASE
F
ROM INSIDE) and balance the door
properly
The truck meets points with more frictions
during its run on the guide
Release the door, separate the truck from
the bracket linked to the door and move
the truck along the whole guide to locate
the friction points. Remove the frictions
working on the joints of the section and
remove any twisting or deformation.
The current sensor level doesn't fit the door
weight
Set the current sensor level and if necessary
switch off slowing down.
The start RADIO input doesn't move the
door
The transmitter is not properly set
Check the proper antenna connection,
totally erase the transmitter codes and
restart the procedure of STORING OF A
TRANSMITTER BYMEANSE OF P1 KEY.
The radio card could be damaged: call V2
Technical Assistance Dept.
The start input from KEYBUTTON doesn't
move the door
The connection to the terminal board is not
correct
Check the proper connection to the
external start key: if P1 key activates the
automation, the problem is given to the
wiring of the external key.
The connection to the terminal board of
Normally Closed inputs (safety rib, stop and
photocell) is not correct
Check the connection and correct the
errors.
The courtesy light blinks quickly for 5 s
after any start command and the door
DOESN'T move
The photocell connection is not correct
Check the connection of the photocells and
if necessary disable the check test (see
paragraph PRE-FLASHING AND PHOTOCELL
TEST)
The automatic functioning logic doesn't
work
The photocells are not connected or
connection is not correct
Check the photocell connection and restart
the AUTOMATIC LEARNING phase
