Why VADDIO PCC MatrixMIX Controller display is off and buttons don't light up?

  If the display is off and the buttons do not light up, it could be due to several reasons: * The power may not be connected. In this case, connect the mid-span power injector's power cord. * The network/PoE+ cable from the mid-span power injector could be faulty. Try checking with known good cables. * The wall outlet might not be active. Test the outlet with another device. * The device or its mid-span power injector might be defective. Contact your reseller or Vaddio Technical Support.

  If a switcher's status is Disconnected, the connection status icon is red, and the associated button is labeled Disconnect, it indicates a problem with the connection. This could be due to: * The switcher is no longer at that IP address. To resolve this, change the directory entry to use the switcher's current IP address. For a more permanent solution, consider assigning static IP addresses to the switchers and associated cameras. * The PCC MatrixMIX is not connected to the network. Ensure that a good network cable is connected to the power injector's Data In port.

  If you are unable to log in successfully, it might be because: * The web interface is out of sync with the unit. This can happen if more than one person is controlling the unit. Use the browser's page refresh button. * The password has been changed. Contact your system administrator.

  If you are experiencing no audio or video from the selected switcher and the multiview display is blank, the Safety Mute may be activated. Deselect Safety Mute on the PCC MatrixMIX touch-panel to resolve this.

What does it mean when program and preview indicators are blinking on VADDIO PCC MatrixMIX Controller?

  If the program and preview indicators are blinking, a take is in progress. If the indicators keep blinking but no take occurs, the T-bar is not at either end of its travel. Complete the take and be sure the T-bar is at the end of its travel.

How to access the switcher's stream on VADDIO Controller?

  If you are unable to access the switcher's stream, it is possible that streaming is not enabled on the switcher. To resolve this, log in to the switcher's web interface as admin and enable the appropriate stream.
