4. At device restart, you are prompted to complete the Indigo80 setup sequence:
a. Select language
b. Set date, time, and preferred units either with Insight PC software (requires
connecting Indigo80 to a computer with USB cable) or manually.
7.3 Cleaning Indigo80
Keep the connectors on the bottom of Indigo80 clean of any type of dirt or dust.
Use only a soft, lint-free cloth to wipe the display. Avoid abrasive cloths and any
type of sharp items, as they will damage the anti-fingerprint and anti-reflection
coatings on the glass.
You can clean the Indigo80 body by wiping it with a moist cloth. The following chemicals can
be used:
• Alcohol-based cleaning agents such as ethanol and IPA (70 % Isopropyl Alcohol,
30 % water)
• Deionized water
• Mild soap solution
Avoid exposing Indigo80 to chemicals for unnecessarily long periods of time. Do
not immerse it in a chemical, and wipe chemicals o the surface after cleaning.
Refer to the probe-specific cleaning instructions when cleaning the probe
connected to Indigo80. Do not spray anything directly on the probe head, since
that may deposit impurities on the sensor.
7.4 Fastening magnetic hanger accessory
The optional magnetic hanger of Indigo80 contains a strong
magnet. Handle it with care and keep it away from devices that are sensitive to
magnetic fields (for example, pacemakers, magnetic cards, and mechanical
watches).
