PROCEDURE 8. TURN OFF THE USB PORTS
If a printer is connected, it cannot operate unless the USB ports are active.
IMPORTANT
Under normal circumstances, the three USB ports on the console are active and available for use. However, if
necessary, you can deactivate them by following this procedure.
1. At the Home screen, tap Settings.
2. At the Settings screen, tap the Admin tab.
3. If a keypad appears, key in the PIN for Settings, and then tap Enter.
4. On the Admin tab, tap Manage Security.
5. In the Manage Security dialog box, tap the Enable USB Ports check box to clear it.
6. Tap the Back button twice. This returns you to the Home screen.
