Important Points to Remember:
- If a Close Batch (Settlement) is not performed during the day, all online transactions will
automatically be processed when the acquirer completes the daily cut-off.
- A Batch cannot be closed twice on the same physical day, and even if this is run you will receive
a message saying ‘Alr
eady Settled Today, Press Enter Key’.
- If terminal is offline, or turned off at the time of Auto Close Batch the terminal will ask the
Merchant to perform a ‘Close Batch’ procedure next time the terminal is powered on.
