5. Next steps for roof installation involves the top plate to be mounted on the bracket with nut screws around it.

• Based on the width of the rack, a fixed roof of 300 mm is mounted on the 300 mm wide cabinet, 600 mm
is mounted on the 600 mm wide cabinet, 800 mm wide cabinet is mounted on a 600 mm top plate with an
additional top plate of 200 mm.
• An open top plate is fixed to meet two objectives which are field selectable based on the requirements.
• Seal only one side of each roof to ensure that there is a seal between the top plate and the roof during
installation; however, do not touch the mounting of the sealing strip.
• Ensure the alignment of each channel with the mounted top plate, else it will aect the operation and ap-
pearance of the roof opening.
• The passage to the respective top panel and the center of the channel should be symmetrical. The top
edge of the bracket mounting surface of the mounting rim must be aligned correctly to avoid leaks.
• Install the roof carefully to avoid severe injury to the personnel in case the roof falls.
