Try disconnecting and reconnecting the power after 10 seconds. Also, pressing the ‘SPEAKER’ or ‘HEADSET’ button, or lifting the handset to check for a dial tone can help diagnose the issue. If you just tried to upgrade firmware and you see malformed text displayed on LCD display, contact your dealer for assistance. Ensure the phone is not in TV-OUT mode by pressing the key.
