Open the quick-release lever. Insert the seatpost into the
frame and position it at the
desired height (see Chapter 7
for instructions on adjusting
the saddle height).
Close the quick-release lever
completely.
Installing the pedals
Screw the pedal marked "R" into the right crank
arm in the direction of the arrow and tighten
it with the spanner.
Screw the pedal marked "L" into the left crank
arm in the direction of the arrow and tighten
it with the spanner.
