If you have a problem you can not resolve, contact your QMS vendor.
Your QMS vendor is best equipped to handle immediately any prob-
lems you may encounter. If your vendor is unable to answer your
questions, see appendix A, “QMS Customer Support.” Be prepared to
provide a complete description of the problem, and have handy a
start-up page, status page, and sample printouts if available.
