Cause/RemedyCode
Refer to 062-210.
Cause: The Tray 1 malfunctioned.
Remedy: Check paper loaded in the Tray 1, and power-cycle the
machine. If the machine is not improved by performing the relevant
remedy, contact your Xerox Customer Support Center. Trays other
than the Tray 1 can be used.
Cause: The Tray 2 malfunctioned.
Remedy: Check paper loaded in the Tray 2, and power-cycle the
machine. If the machine is not improved by performing the relevant
remedy, contact your Xerox Customer Support Center. Trays other
than the Tray 2 can be used.
Cause: The Tray 3 malfunctioned.
Remedy: Check paper loaded in the Tray 3, and power-cycle the
machine. If the machine is not improved by performing the relevant
remedy, contact your Xerox Customer Support Center. Trays other
than the Tray 3 can be used.
Cause: The Tray 4 malfunctioned.
Remedy: Check paper loaded in the Tray 4, and power-cycle the
machine. If the machine is not improved by performing the relevant
remedy, contact your Xerox Customer Support Center. Trays other
than the Tray 4 can be used.
Cause: The Tray 5 (bypass) malfunctioned.
Remedy: Power-cycle the machine. If the machine is not improved by
performing the relevant remedy, contact your Xerox Customer
Support Center.
