Toner near empty and empty detection
• The built-in CSIC board counts the amount of toner still available for use in the toner car-
tridge.
• The counter counts down when the amount of toner equivalent to Letter(A4), B/W 5% is con-
sumed and the corresponding data is stored in the CSIC board.
• A toner near empty condition and a toner empty condition are detected when the counter
reads the corresponding predetermined count.
