1. Is there foreign matter in the paper path? 1. Remove foreign matter.
2. Is fuser roll dirty or scratched? 2. Install a new Fuser Assembly (PL 10).
3. Is BTR dirty or scratched? 3. Install a new BTR (PL 12).
