REP 20 CIS Flat Cable
WARNING
Switch off the electricity to the machine. Disconnect the power cord from the customer supply
while performing tasks that do not need electricity. Electricity can cause death or injury. Moving
parts can cause injury.
Removal
1. Dis-assemble the scanner assembly (REP 23).
2. Turn the scanner up side down. Remove the three screws show in Figure 1.

3. Remove the two cover screws shown in Figure 2.

4. Remove the scanner lower cover.
CAUTION
Take care not to damage the CIS assembly ribbon cable.
