¾ Using the
and navigator keys, select the fax number from the directory (if the
directory is empty the display will show DIRECTORY EMPTY). Enter the fax number
manually or store the name and related number in the directory (refer to Adding a
record on page 5-2).
Note: Forward a fax to an E-mail address stored in the directory if the fax is not
available. The Fax will then be sent as an attachment in the pre-defined
file format (see p. 4-10 for the configuration of the attachment files format).

¾ Using the
and navigator keys, select the COPY option (local printout of the
information relayed to your system) either WITH or WITHOUT.
¾ Press OK to confirm.
Note: E-mails can only be relayed to E-mail addresses. Landlines can not relay
E-mails to fax machines.
Tx forwarding
This function is used to configure the machine so that any document transmitted (by
fax or to an E-mail address) is also sent to a third party. The recipient will be selected
from the entries in the machine’s directory. It may be a fax machine number, an E-mail
address or an FTP address.

¾ Using the
and navigator keys, select WITH or WITHOUT and press OK to
confirm.
Note: If you choose WITHOUT, menu 3922 won’t be displayed.

¾ Select the recipient from the directory and confirm by pressing OK.
¾ The function is active and from now on any documents transmitted will have a copy
sent to the selected recipient.
¾ The transmission mode to the copied recipient depends on the type of short
numbers in the directory:
