Your printer is designed to be used with a variety of media types. Follow the guidelines in this section to
ensure the best print quality, and to avoid jams.
For best results, use Xerox
®
printing media specified for your printer.

General Media Loading Guidelines
Follow these guidelines when loading paper and media in the appropriate trays:
• Do not print on label sheets that have labels removed.
• Use only paper envelopes. Print envelopes 1-sided only.
• Do not overload the paper trays.
• Adjust the paper guides to fit the paper size.
• Make sure the correct paper type is selected on the printer touch screen after loading paper in
atray.
• Confirm the paper size, type, and color on the printer touch screen.
