Wi-Fi Light This light indicates that a wireless connection is
established between the printer and the wireless router.

WPS Button To establish a wireless connection, first, press the button
on the printer, then press the button on your wireless
router.

Copy Button This button provides access to the Copy menu.

ID Card Copy Button This button provides access to the ID Card Copy menu.

Up and Down Arrow
Buttons
To navigate to the next menu, item, or option, press these
buttons.

Left and Right Arrow
Buttons
To navigate forward and backward through submenus and
fields, press these buttons.

Job Status Button This button displays a list of active or completed jobs.

System Button This button switches the display to the System menus.
9 Alphanumeric Keypad Use these buttons to enter alpha or numeric characters as
needed.

Clear All Button This button clears all current settings for printing, copying,
or scanning and restores them to the default settings.

Power Saver button This button illuminates when the printer is in Power Saver
mode. Pressing this button causes the printer to exit Power
Saver mode.

Stop Button This button cancels the current job.
