Start Button This button starts a copy or scan job.
14 Error Light This light indicates an error condition or warning that
requires your attention.

Ready/Data Light The light appears green when the printer is ready to
receive data, and blinks when the printer is busy receiving
data.
16 C (clear) Button This button deletes numeric values or the last digit entered
using the alphanumeric keys.

Address Book This button provides access to the address book. This
button activates when you access the Scan to E-Mail menu
only.

OK Button This button displays the selected menu or selects the
current menu option.

Back/Return Button Use this button to navigate to the previous menu item.
20 Display Screen This screen displays status messages, menus, and toner
levels.

between color and black and white.
