5.6.5.2.3 Main counting direction backward
n The counter counts backward starting with the load value.
n When the counter reaches the End value +1 in positive direction, it jumps to the load
value at the next count pulse and the gate is automatically closed. If enabled addition-
ally a hardware interrupt is triggered.

o restart the count process, you have to generate an edge 0-1 at the gate
