Main counting direction backward
n The counter counts backward starting with the load value.
n When the counter reaches the end value
+1 in positive direction, it jumps to the load
value at the next negative count pulse and continues counting. If enabled additionally
a hardware interrupt is triggered.
n You may exceed the upper count limit.
