Protective
Operation
Output is
turned OFF
and motor
coasts to a
stop.
OL1 (Motor overload)
Motor overload protection op-
erated by built-in electronic
thermal overload relay.
Check the load size or V/f
pattern setting (constants
n011 to n017).
Set the motor rated cur-
rent shown on the name-
plate in constant n036.
Check that the settings of
motor protection (whether
motor cooling method is
self-cooled or fan-cooled)
and motor protection time
constant are made cor-
rectly.
Check the load size, V/f
set value, operation pat-
tern, etc. to confirm that
the load is not excessive
under actual operation.
Recheck the item of
motor protection and set
the constants again if
necessary.
