Placing Calls to Contacts
To place a call from the Contacts screen:
1. Tap Contacts.
2. Tap the group that contains the desired contact.
3. Tap desired contact directly.
Call History Management
The CP960 Skype for Business phone maintains call history lists of Missed, Placed, Received and
Forwarded. Each call history list supports up to 100 entries.
Viewing History Records
To view the history records:
1. Tap Contacts.
2. Tap .
The touch screen displays all call records.
3. Slide up and down to scroll through call list.
