Basic Call Features
The CP960 Skype for Business phone is designed to be easily used like a regular phone on a
public switched telephone network (PSTN). You can place calls, answer calls, transfer a call to
someone else, or conduct a Skype for Business conference call. You can also use calendar,
response groups or boss-admin Skype for Business feature.

Placing Calls
You can place calls in numerous ways, including placing multiple calls, placing a call from the
search result list, or dialing the hotline number. You can also dial an entry/contact from call
