6. Tap Add to Local from the pop-up dialog box.
The history record will be added to your local directory.

Deleting History Records
You can delete one or a batch of history records from history records.
To delete a history record:
1. Tap Contacts.
2. Tap .
3. Slide up and down to scroll through call list.
4. Tap on the right of the desired entry.
The detailed information of the entry appears on the touch screen.
5. Tap .
6. Tap Delete from the pop-up dialog box.
The touch screen prompts” Delete the selected record?”.
7. Tap OK.
To delete a batch of history records:
1. Tap Contacts.
2. Tap .
3. Long tap any entry.
4. Tap the desired entries.
Conference records cannot be added to local directory.
