The conference organizer authorizes multiples members to speak via the remote control:
1. Press (Preside soft key) during a chairman-mode conference.
2. Press or to select Multi Speaker, and then press .
The display device shows all conference members.
3. Press the navigation key to select the desired member, and then press (Select soft
key).
4. Repeat step 3 to select more members.
