Turning Handset On
The handset will be turned on automatically when the battery is inserted to the handset. You can also turn the handset
on manually.
Procedure
1. Do one of the following:
l Press the On-hook key. The phone screen lights up.
l Place the handset to the charger cradle.

Changing the Base PIN
To avoid unauthorized registration or access to some features on the handset, you should keep the base PIN secret.
The default base PIN is “0000”, you can change the default base PIN.
