11.3 Replacement of Flowmeter for ZR20H
Automatic Calibration Unit
(1) Remove pipe holding piping tting
(2) Remove bolts holding owmeter, and replace it. A white back plate (to make the oat easy
to see) is attached. The end of the pin holding down the back plate must be on the bracket
side.
(3) Replace piping, and x M6 bolts between brackets. *1
*1 : When disassembling and reassembling, mark original positions, and tighten an extra 5-10° when reassembling. After tightening,
do a liquid leakage test.
