Registration with Proxy
To communicate successfully, the and SIP supporting devices 2N Helios IP Mobile
®
have to be registered with a common SIP Proxy server.
First set the SIP Proxy server connection in the Settings. Refer to for Subs. 4.3.2
details on SIP Proxy connecting parameters.
Complete the parameters correctly to register with the SIP Proxy 2N Helios IP Mobile
®
server. View the notification icon in the Devices item in the main menu to check the
registration states:
– the application is successfully registered with the SIP Proxy server.
– the application is trying to register with the SIP Proxy server. The SIP
Proxy registration has not been successfully completed yet.
– the SIP Proxy server registration is inactive due to SIP Proxy server
rejection or unavailability.
Caution
The application requires the minimum registration 2N Helios IP Mobile
®
expiration time of 60 s to avoid disconnection from the SIP proxy server.
