If any fault is found during the Diagnostic check, a message will display with information about the fault:

Error code #
o
Basic description of the fault
o
Mitigation steps (when possible)
The user is presented with two options:
o
[Retry]
which will re-run the Diagnostic check
o
[Sync]
which will initiate the synchronization. This option is important
as it allows uploading Test results from the instrument to the 3M™
Clean-Trace™ Desktop Software.

Turning Off or Restarting the 3M™ Clean

Press and hold the power button for about 3 seconds.

The 3M Clean-Trace LM1 Screen displays power options:
o
Tap
[Restart]
if you wish to power cycle the device.
o
Tap
[Power off]
if you wish to turn off the device.
o
Tap
[Cancel]
to skip.

Controlling the Software
To control the 3M Clean-Trace Luminometer software, use either the touch screen or the navigation buttons.

To use the touch screen, use common gestures such as tap, swipe, and scroll.
▪
To use the navigation buttons on the front of the 3M Clean-Trace Luminometer, press one of the
navigation buttons to move, or select:
o
Press the
Up
button to move up.
o
Press the
Down
button to move down.
o
Press the
Left
button to move left.
o
Press the
Right
button to move right.
o
Press the
Center
button to select.
