IX. HOW TO USE THIS MANUAL
1. The 3M™ Clean-Trace™ Luminometer User Manual is provided in electronic format. There are two ways to
access it:
▪ Click (Help) on the menu bar in the 3M Clean-Trace Hygiene Management Desktop Software, then
click [User manual] .
▪ Go to www.3M.com/CleanTraceLM1manual
2. Click any heading in the Table of Contents to get to that section or scroll or page through the User Manual to
the desired section. The table of contents helps get directly to specific section of the document.
3. 3M Clean-Trace Desktop Software upgrades will include updates to this User Manual, which will automatically
be applied as part of the software updates.
4. This User Manual describes the operation and characteristics of the 3M Clean-Trace LM1 Luminometer.
5. In the step-by-step instructions for using the software, the following style guidelines are used:
▪ Italic type is the name of a section in this User Manual or in the 3M Clean-Trace software.
