5.5.4.7 To start for the first time or to restart
When starting for the first time, or when starting after logging out (if the i760/i760E has not sent its
number and password), the system sends a prompt to enter the directory number.
After entering the number, a password entry prompt is displayed. After entering the correct
password, the connection request is initiated, then on connection, the set displays the standby
screen (Date/Time).
As this identification phase has a time limit (20 s), the set returns to the standby screen, but
displays the interactive key Identity (the set switches to "general purpose" mode).
Press this Identity key to enter the directory number and password, in order to identify the
subscriber.
