16.2 To reserve an IP address for an i7xx range set
This procedure reserves an IP address for an i7xx set in relation to the range defined for a scope.
This address is automatically sent back to the i7xx set when it is started in DHCP Mode.
Procedure
In the main screen of the DHCP Server application
• Right-click the Reservations line,
• In the screen next to New reservation, complete the different fields concerning the i7xx set to
be declared.
• Click Add.
• The main screen is displayed and contains a set reservation line.
• If you click on this line, the options related to this set will be displayed in the right-hand part of
the screen.
This information will also be automatically sent back to the i7xx set when it is started in DHCP Mode.
