Note : When installing Call Manager, the directory c:\Program Files\Call Server\Call Manager\tftp is
empty. The configuration files, language packs and firmware of SIP phones 51i, 53i, 55i and
57i are available in the directory SIP_Sets/5xi of NCS CDROM. These files have to be
copied manually to the directory c:\Program Files\Call Server\Call Manager\tftp in case of a
new installation.
The TFTP-PumpKIN server is automatically configured in such a way that the SIP phones
download the files available in the directory c:\Program Files\Call Server\Call Manager\tftp.
If the TFTP-PumpKIN server is not installed on the same PC as Call Manager, you can modify the
TFTP-PumpKIN server configuration options.
•In TFTP-PumpKIN service properties, go to the "Connection" tab and check "Allow the service to
interact with the desktop""
• Restart the service. A new TFTP-PumpKIN server configuration window opens and allows you
to use the "Options" button to change the access path for the directory in which are stored the
configuration files, language packs and firmware of SIP phones 5xi.
• Exit the configuration window using the "Exit" button.
