16.1.2.4 To configure advanced options for the vendor class
Procedure
In the main screen of the DHCP Server application
• Right-click the line that corresponds to the Advanced options,
• Select Server options in the pop-up menu,
• Select the Advanced
tab.
• Select the vendor class,
The preset options are displayed in the middle frame,
• Select the options that are enabled in this frame,
• Fill in the String value field,
About the
String value field,
The (optional) value indicated previously in the Set Predefined options Menu will be considered by
default. The value the system actually uses (if it differs from the default value) is the value that is
subsequently declared in the Advanced options menu concerning this class.
Call Server option
• Enter the Call Server's IP address in the String type field.
VLAN 8021IP option
• Fill in the String type field, example: 1,2,6
- VLAN = 1 (frame tagging),
- VLAN number = 2 (optional),
- Priority = 6 (optional)
