On someversions, thesymbol appearson thedisplay whenthe engineis overheated togetherwith adedicated
message onthe display.
Innormaldrivingconditions: stopthe car,switch offthe engineand checkthat thefluid levelin thereservoir
isnotbelow theMIN mark.Inthis case,wait forthe engineto cooldown, thenslowlyand carefullyopen the
cap, topup withcoolant andcheck thatthe levelis betweenthe MINand MAXmarks onthe reservoiritself. Also
check visuallyfor anyfluid leaks.Contact anAbarth Dealershipifthewarning lightswitcheson whenthe engine
isstartedagain;
Ifthecarisusedunderdemandingconditions(e.g.when fullyloaded): slowdown and,if thewarning light
stays on,stop thecar. Stopfor twoor threeminutes withthe enginerunning andslightly accelerated tofacilitate
better coolantcirculation, thenturn theengine off.Check thatthe coolant leveliscorrect asdescribedabove.
