￭ Option slot 2 (I/O extension modules)
1. Put the module carefully into its position on the control unit.
2. Tighten the mounting screw.
3. Tighten the grounding screw (CHASSIS) to 0.8 N·m (7 lbf·in). The screw grounds the
module. It is necessary for fulfilling the EMC requirements and for correct operation of
the module.
