WARNING!
Obey these instructions. If you ignore them, damage to the equipment can occur.
• Handle the fiber optic cables with care.
• When you unplug the fiber optic cables, always hold the connector, not the cable itself.
• Do not touch the ends of the fibers with bare hands as the ends are extremely sensitive
to dirt.
• Do not bend the fiber optic cables too tightly. The minimum allowed bend radius is 35 mm
(1.4 in).
1. Remove the control unit from the anti-static bag and place it on top of it, then turn it over
to find the rear connections.
2. Identify the correct ends of the control cables to be connected to the control unit.
3. Pull the cables through the control unit assembly, so they appear in the opening at the
rear of the control unit. Do not pull the ground conductor through, leave it outside the
assembly. Check that the cables are not against sharp edges or bare live parts.
