The procedure below details how to inspect the dampers.

Action Note
1.
DANGER!
Turn off all electric power, hydraulic and pneumatic
pressure supplies to the robot!
2. Check all dampers for damage, such as cracks or
existing impressions that are larger than 1 mm.
Shown in the figure Location of
dampers on page 89.
3. Check attachment screws for deformation.
4. If any damage is detected, the damper must be
replaced with a new one!
