User parameter SA0 Saves the setting parameters in area [0] of the
non-volatile memory.
SA1 Saves the setting parameters in area [1] of the
non-volatile memory.
SA2 Saves the setting parameters in area [2] of the
non-volatile memory.
SA3 Saves the setting parameters in area [3] of the
non-volatile memory.
CL Saves the values when shipping in areas [0] to [3]
of the non-volatile memory.
RC0 Loads the values, which are saved in area [0] of
the non-volatile memory, as the setting parame-
ters.
RC1 Loads the values, which are saved in area [1] of
the non-volatile memory, as the setting parame-
ters.
RC2 Loads the values, which are saved in area [2] of
the non-volatile memory, as the setting parame-

RL Loads the values when shipping as the setting
