The Agilent Cary 630 FTIR spectrometer requires a sampling
accessory in order to present the sample to the infrared beam. You
will have selected one or more sampling accessories when you ordered
your Cary 630 FTIR. Additional sampling accessories can be
purchased at a later date if your sampling needs change.
The basic steps for analyzing a sample with all sampling accessories
are:
1 Clean the sample interface.
2 Collect a background spectrum.
3 Collect a sample spectrum.
