Germanium ATR: For measuring samples that are too highly
absorbing for diamond ATRs or for samples with high amounts of
carbon black.
10 degree Specular Reflectance: For measuring specular
reflectance of solid samples at near normal.
45 degree Specular Reflectance: For measuring specular
reflectance of solid samples at angle. This accessory is placed into
the transmission compartment.
The Cary 630 FTIR is computer-controlled using Agilent MicroLab PC
software. MicroLab PC is intuitive, simple to use and requires no
specialized technical training. With a click of the mouse, the system
provides valuable information about the identity and amount of
chemical substances present in a material.
