Cleaning
To clean the Diffuse Reflectance accessory sample holder in
preparation for analysis:
1 Remove the sample holder from the accessory and dispose of the
KBr/sample mixture accordingly.
2 Remove all residual dust with a swab or appropriate device.
CAUTION
Do not scratch the diffuse gold reflectance mirror.
CAUTION
Do not contaminate the gold mirror with water, as it will hold moisture and be
evident in your spectral response.
CAUTION
Do not break the spectrometer seal and attempt to clean interior surfaces.
Breaking the seal will void the warranty.
