When the outside of your Agilent Cary 630 FTIR system needs
cleaning, disconnect the power cord and any other connections. Use a
damp, soft cloth and a mild detergent to wipe down the outside of the
unit. Do not completely immerse the Cary 630 FTIR in water.
Replacing the Desiccant
The desiccant in the Cary 630 FTIR is a disposable cartridge (see
Figure 19), which can be replaced by the user when required.
