4 Slide the holder into the Diffuse Reflectance accessory, and move
the holder to the desired sample position.
5 Collect a sample spectrum using an appropriate method. For
software instructions on collecting a sample spectrum, refer to the
Agilent MicroLab PC Software User’s Guide.
6 After completing the sample measurement, immediately clean the
sample from the holder using the instructions on Page 54. It is
important to make sure that all sample positions are free of any
residue from the previous sample.
